We are based in the Gippsland region of Victoria (about 90 minutes east of Melbourne). However, more than 80% of our weddings are destination events around Victoria, Australia and the world.

Dates generally book about 6 months in advance, and sometimes a year or more. The floral designer should be one of the first vendors you choose after deciding on a venue.

Costs are highly variable, but we operate at a luxury provider level where budgets are commensurate with the floral artistry we provide.

The process typically starts with this initial form or an inbound email or phone call, after which there is a discussion to help put together an initial proposal. Once a deposit is made and the date is on our calendar, an in-person (or video, if not local) design consultation takes place with Ruth and Sally to go over details and finalize the working plan.

Absolutely. We work with the best in the business, and are happy to send you a list of recommendations and/or make introductions. Along with florals and venue, the planner and photographer make up the “big four” critical resources for your wedding.

We only take on a limited amount of weddings and events each year to ensure we can give our clients and their flowers the time and attention they deserve.

Conscious environmental practices are really important to us. This means we never use floral foam, bleached or preserved blooms and we source 99% of our blooms from local growers.

We honour the seasons. Just like fruit or vegetables, flowers are seasonal. When we use blooms that are in season, resources are saved and your wedding florals take on the aesthetic nuances of spring, summer, autumn or winter.

Travel, labour and hire costs will be calculated and added to your quote based on your floral requirements.

Our pricing is carefully considered and based on our sustainable work practices, extensive experience, industry knowledge and unique style all of which helps us to create a professional and stress-free experience for you.
